See, that was my main complaint about NGS, the whole game basically takes place around that city. When I say around, I mean beneather it also. I wanted some different environments.

Iono. The start? The blimp? Labryinth? The Underworld? Ice Cavern? Fire Cavern? I like the accessible structure of NG's world. I'm glad it's not divided in levels or missions. It'll be gladly missed in NG2.

Well Dante has gone to HELL and came back unharmed. Dante can take anything Ryu can dish out, remember Dante is a half demon while Ryu is a human albiet a real tough one.

Both cool characters though.

lol cheesy one liners. thats the appeal of Dante the fact that he fights the demons of hell yet cracks a joke once in a while. Ryu is just the strong silent type.

It helps knowing that the game tells you your badd-ass when you pull of awesome moves but the real joy is actually pulling of the awesome moves, Everyone who plays as Dante in DMC3 and soon 4can customise him to their liking, whether its sword master, gunslinger, royal guard or trickstar. Dante is a great character for everyone.

I've always been partial to the Devil May Cry series to be honest. Ninja Gaiden has always been in my top3 though. Idk, just depends. Hopefully God of War really eclipses both. That being said, all look great.:DPuckhog04

Petty fanboyism aside, I think NG2 is going to be better, but that's just me. I could never get into DMC like I could with NG. I guess when it comes down to it, I find Ryu Hyabusa to be a more likable hero than Dante. Yeah, I know there's a different hero in DMC4 but we all know he's going tob**** and moanjust like Dante.

DMC4 provided it's not over-casualized. Though the same thing could happen to NG2, DMC4 being ultra-easy will be a huge disappointment unless Greg K was still here :PTiefster

NG2 will be awesome. I will say that it beats DMC4 easy coz nobody beats Ryu for coolness. It's the ultimate ninja game where you really feel like a ninja.

I personally prefer the DMC series. I'm not gonna say which one will be better because at this point nobody can.

Ryu Killed Satan himself, and all of his minions. Dante has done no such thing.

DMC4 is near to release but it hardly looks better than the NG2 screens, oh well.

i expect NG2 to be better

the gameplay in the previous NG games has been close to perfection IMO, and this looks to continue the trend, only at a faster pace and with more blood

enemy/level design / difficulty / weapons have always been top notch too
