[QUOTE="mrmusicman247"][QUOTE="munkeypoo45"]Mhmm. YES! Nothing else comes close to this. Kingdom Hearts has what I think is the highest level of polish in just about any game! And still beautiful today.yes!!!!!

Tales of the Abyss...stellaryokofox33
Ehh.
It was alright. The stories and characters in the next two games after Symphonia were fairly awful, as I remember.
It was funny yesterday when I was trying to remind my friend how we had played Legendia a long time ago, and I couldn't name one plot point from the entire game, or describe any of the cities...maybe more my fault, but I could tell you anything you like about Symphonia. :\

Well, I guess we just disagree. I loved Abyss and found most of the characters to be pretty cool. Jade, Luke, and Tear were great in my opinion. It's been a long time since I've played the game, but I can still remember points of the story. The ending did drag though, so that was one drawback. Probably should have ended a few hours before it actually did. Still one of my favorite PS2 games ever though. Definitely top 5.
I haven't played Legendia, but apparently most Tales fans pretend it doesn't exist
Mass Effect 2 by far! Diablo isn't an Action RPG it's a traditional point and click RPG.. right?PostNothing
Is that a joke?
Either way: no, Diablo is widely recognized as THE major franchise defining the term "Action RPG."
"Traditional point and click RPG" would be stuff like Baldur's Gate and Planescape in my mind. Completely different style of game.

Ewwwww why? Both Diablos bored me out quickly but Diablo 1 was so dull... the only class that had any skills were the mage. The rogue and warrior just had auto attack I don't see how anyone could find that fun to be honest. :POblivion has it's flaws, but it's still one of my favorite games of all time, so it gets my vote.
Also, Diablo > Diablo 2. :)

Demon's Souls and Mass Effect 2 have the best action rpg mechanics
Diablo 2 is the most addictive action rpg tho
Then why is diablo on there? :P I have seen this guy a lot from time to time, he usually comes off as a lemming to me. I bet he's upset because a PS3 game is winning. :P[QUOTE="theseekar"]

Since ME2 is a Pure RPG  I guess I'll need to choose Fable 3 - yes, I've traveled to the future and back and you are all the beneficiaries of my travels. :P
[QUOTE="88mphSlayer"]I preferred Titan Quest and the expansion to Diablo 2. The environments and story were much more interesting.Demon's Souls and Mass Effect 2 have the best action rpg mechanics
