best console start-up sound?

I've no idea what the Wii does when you start it up, but between 360 and PS3 I'd have to go with the classy strings of the PS3 start-up over the 360...noise thing..., although I prefer the 360 as a console of course. I just YouTubed the PS2 boot, that's a pretty cool futuristic sound.

Probably the Saturn or Gamecube

Agreed: PS1.

Dreamcast easily. It seemed so futuristic and dreamy.

I used to be scared of the PS1 start up. but i think that was mainly because i would try and play RE2 late at night so whenever i hear the ps1 start up sound i always remember RE2

Personally I think all start-ups are annoying so if there is one that is short with the least amount of stuff happening then I'll pick that one and also as soundless as possible. PS3 seems to be the winner in that this gen but I don't have a Wii, the 360 is ok but the huge logo us freaking ugly and looks stupid aka no style.

Definitely the PS1. Hell, I feel like popping in Crash Bandicoot 2 just hearing it.

Appearently you get this screen when you insert a non-xbox disc in the xbox.

That explains why I've never seen it.

Gonna try that when I get home :P
