current gen best console shooter title belongs to infinity wards call of duty 4 ..it absolutely annihilates halo 3 in every way wheter it's the single player campaign or multiplayer ,no questions asked ,funny thing is ..it's even better on pc

PS3=Resistance
360=Halo 3
Wii=Metroid.

please dont revert to personal insults just because you're wrong Metroid is a first person action adventure that happens to have major shooting elements what are we going to say next is Fallout 3 now a shooter because you use a gun in the fp theres a huge differnece between CoD 4 or HL 2 and Metroid which is why every major site lists it as an Action Adventure
You can try and label all you like. It is a FPS. I don't care that you don't believe it. It is in FP and you shoot a gun. If it isn't a FPS, then neither is TF2, Crysis, Halo 3 Resistance, Half Life 2, ect. ect. Wake up son, your delusional. Sure it has action and adventure. Name one FPS that doesn't.

Yes, the gameplay didn't change in any meaningul way and for reviewers to not take that as a negative gives suspect that they ignored such a drawback because the game's title began with Halo.
