The problem with the poll is that you can't rank your choises. The people who are most likely to have played SS2 are definitely going to also have played Deus Ex. They're likely to have DX first and SS2 second, with the others being far behind. But as it is now, SS2 seems like the worst of the lot.
In any case I voted for DX, because, simply, it IS the best game of the lot, and that's not in relative terms - as in, it was much better for its time than the modern games for theirs - but, its much better in absolute terms than the others. It really is just that good of a game, and personally I feel the only way you cannot at lease enjoy it even today even if personally you don't think of it as the best game ever, is if you're completely incapable of looking at anything beyond modern graphics.
Who was it that said Bioshock had real moral choises btw? I'm sorry but to me, Bioshock was both a bad game, and the so called moral choises were completely artificial. The only real choice in any case was whether to harvest or not the girls, and it felt completely like a video game mechanic - leave alone the fact that you really had no reason not to choose the good path as you actually got better rewards for doing so.
In contrast, DX seems to me one of the very few games in which you actually do feel as if you make a moral choice, and it affects the way you play in much more subtle ways. Its not so much that you feel it as a game mechanic, as the fact that the world feels so real, you think about what you do, and often what you do is much more complex than a simple 'good' or 'bad' choice. Its just the way the characters and people in the game seem so much more complex and real, in very rare instances do you feel as if you are killing a truly 'evil' person. While the ones you end up hating the most, are the least 'violent' in nature of the bunch.
