Im gonna have to go with 'Deus Ex" on this one. Its both a cool name and it fits the storyline very well.

Followed by "Sins of a Solar empire" which just sounds cool.

I do like Bioshock or System Shock, and I also like F.E.A.R, because of the clever acronym, but my personal favourite is The Legend Of Zelda. Personally, I think it just sounds epic.
