I know, Crysis Warhead is nowhere near MGS 4 if you're playing it on an abacus, copper wires and 4 AAA batteries.

No I play it on a 3800X2 @ 2.5Ghz, 2GB RAM, and a 9800GTX at 1280x1024 with all high settings no AA and MGS 4 is just that good.

Are you sure you know what you talk about i didnt know ati had a 3800x2 ( thats because there isnt one ).and what do you mean by and a 9800gtx ( you cant use nvidia cards and ati cards on the same pc ). Also what does the @2.5ghz next to the 3800x2? is it your vga core speed (btw even with extreme overclocking vga speeds gpu speed that is can reach the most 1-1.2ghz ) or processor( and explain what processor because that might even be an old single core p4 at 2.5 ) . If you had one of these cards ( the 3870x2 or 3850x2 that is ) you would have been playing crysis at very high at that res with AA

For best graphics most likely crysis warhead but also Stalker clear sky has amazing graphics

The 3800X2 is my cpu. And Stalker and Crysis don't stand a chance.

Athlon 4850x2 is 50-75% slower than a core 2 duo or the new athlons let alone the 3800x2 you own.

And really check your eyes or something

lol. look at gears model compared to Resistance.

A basic enemy vs main boss in gears2 got owned also this gears shot is even a bullshot..lol, and R2 is zoomed in and crouched + a fps with as close as you can get and STILL looks better..massive ownage.

That's subjective... You can't say any game is graphics king in the eyes of art style when talking to someone else because not everyone has the same taste in art style.

dead space or Farcry 2 will get it IMO, crysis looked ppretty bad IMO but that may just be because i'm comparing it to the originalmarkop2003

Beat me to it, that's like watching a painting and deciding if it looks good or not. Obviously you're gonna get lost of mixed thoughts. While talking about graphics technically, there is no place for that kind of debate, well at least outside of SW.

The Crysis screen is twice the res and thats the worst Far Cry 2 screenshot. Once I get my Fraps I'll take a screenshot of Far Cry 2 maxed it looks better.

Gears and MGS 4 are some of the console games that beat out the PC games in Graphics. Crysis is not as good as once thought.

Crysis Warhead has best graphics overall, period .

Farcry2 has great graphics too but the engine struggles on consoles

How is Crysis realistic? 2D fire, 5 bullets to shoot a tree in half, the same enemies over and over that look exactly the same, and how is seeing thousands of pores on a guys face realistic if your standing 10 feet away from them! :lol: Talk about overdoing it a little. :lol:

If it wasn't for Crysis warhead then Crysis would still have the best graphics. Also considering Far Cry 2 is being mentioned as graphics of the year (console) is pretty laughable considering the PC version doesn't even come near Crysis, just shows you the gap between console graphics and PC. I would be embarrassed too if a console with a crippled 7800 card and 256MB of RAM would beat a PC with 4GB of RAM a quad core and a 9800/4850 card. ( I have a dual core, 2GB of RAM , and a 9800GTX).
