Best RPG of the gen /w poll included! (Round 2)

Ok so like I totally made a poll back in April about this (link) and you guys were all like "but Diablo 3 hasn't been released yet, dis poll isn't fair!"

Well believe it or not I agree with you, so in the honor of the release of D3 I will declare Skyrim's victory a cheat and eliminate it from the poll. I'm kidding, I wont eliminate it but it's win seriously doesn't count. This way D3 has a fair shot. So here are da contestants... again.

Dark and Demons Souls ?? :? ... Oblivion is the best though :P then Skyrim

Out of that list, I've only played Demon Souls, but just for the hell of it, I'm going to give Xenoblade Chronicles a mention. It's a pretty amazing JRPG.

I would go with souls series or Xenoblade.

Witcher 2 easily. The Souls games are the most overrated. They have no depth. You just die over and over.

Demon's Souls was very good. Dark Souls was great. Skyrim was awesome. Diablo 3, from my limited experience so far (<15 hours played) is also awesome. NIER is a once-in-a-generation game. Well, at least I hope it is because I'd love to play something that gives a similar experience next generation. It's a game that will stick with me like games such as Ocarina of Time did..

Well Deus Ex: HR was a great game, but it's not REALLY an RPG. The only RPG elements in it is the dialogue and giving you the choice to play the game stealthly or as a shooter.ShadowsDemon

Nier is the best out of that list, never played Diablo 3.

1 - TES V: Skyrim

2 - Mass Effect

3 - The Witcher 2

No Xenoblade? For me that was the best of this gen not a real fan of most western developed RPGs.

You know every site has the ME games listed as a RPG right?. Anyways Nier is a hack and slash (see what I did there?)

Mass Effect Series (especially 2)

Diablo 3

Skyrim

Dragon Age (both)

One of the 2 The witcher games, which one is up to personal taste. with the souls games as runner up (mostly sue to them being more of a roguelike and not RPG).

I never have and never will consider Diablo an RPG, altho it is really closely related, (note: I havent playied D3, ut D1 &2 had a grand total of 0 choice, thus being more of a hack & slash then an rpg in my head), and ME3 is pretty much considered by all NOT to be an RPG at all.

Sadly this poll will only reflect the game the game that more people had a chane to play, for that reason Nier and Demon's Souls won't win even if they should.

Hey bro, Nier aint no generic JRPG. I highy recommend that you ignore the reviews, just this once, and atleast give it a rent. If you're not hooked by the first 30 mintues then there is no hope for your soul. The game is ****ing amazing.
