I probably wouldn't pick any of those options to be in my top 5 of this gen (then again, I haven't played Demon's Souls yet). My favourite is easily The Witcher, though.
Out of that whole lists right there I will have to say Dragon Age: Origins is the best role playing game of this generation. I love the story of this game the most along with a beautiful world to explore. Not to mention the great characters in this game filled with great dialog. Even though the game isn't visually stunning like others, the gameplay more than made up for it.
