Monkey Island 2.Cherokee_Jack

He wasn't the lead designer for it, but if DOTT's on the poll then this might as well count too. Monkey Island 2 gets my vote.

Grim Fandango, I played some of each of his games, all were great, but fandango left the most lasting impression for me.
