Best way to stay away from your most hyped game?

What is the best way to stay away from threads, forums, news, and most importantly videos of your most hyped game? Heavy Rain is my most hyped game ever, but I keep on seeing so many posts, videos, and news on it that its so tempting to watch or read some of it. But yet, I don't want to spoil the game. I've already tried my best to not see a lot of the additional videos out for Heavy Rain, but some of them I do sneak like a 10 seconds peek. What is the best way to remedy this problem? I only have a little over 2 weeks left, so I hope I can hold off.

I don't usually have trouble with it. I just don't go looking for info on my hyped games.

I just don't look up anything about it or go into any threads about it. Plus a few spoilers never really hurt anyway.
