There is no need for deep thought on this subject. Sony and MS do the same things when it comes to purchasing devs, publishers ect ect and making their games, in MSs case, kind of sort of exclusive. Neither one is better than the other but YOU seem to think otherwise.

Developer, Publisher, Holding Company, whats the difference, right? Well, neither Sony nor Nintendo have ever aquired a major publishler like Bethesda Softworks.
