actually its pretty lenient their "ultra" setting can be played at 60+ fps @ 1080 on a gtx 570 (with the correct system to match naturally)

so no its not the next crysis its just exceptionally demanding.

Said who? DICE certainly said otherwise, and the beta was locked at medium settings so you can't judge it by that.

Why is it that the PC community sees this as some sort of victory over the console players? I mean seriously, more than alot of you ran out and spent what, $300-500 on new video cards so that you can run BF3 at its highest settings? Because console gamers have no other options? No person would choose the vastly inferior console versions if they actually had a choice. For a number of multiplat games the console gamer can either have the inferior version or no version at all.
