Did you read the article, it was of some quote of a guy saying that the failure rates of th launch systems must be over 30%. Must be true since he said it....:roll:
THe article also states that after the launch systems were done, the failure rate dropped very noticable.
So your claim just falls flat.
Hey, not trying to deny that the intial batchs of 360 didn't have high rates of failures, nor deny the the rate of failures are still unexeptable, just that they are not 33%, nor close to that figure. But they are still high, no questions about that.
Unless Microsoft themselves confirm, these are the only way to to check them out. All these reports point to a high failure rate around 30%.
I'm sorry if I don't believe your articles of some part time worker working at the local best buy coming up with figures from what he thinks. Sorry, don't pass the test.
But I can agree from what I have heard that the initial batches of 360 had a high failure rate, though mine is still spinning fine.
Ok now problem, but I don't think there is anyother way to get an idea about the failure rate. btw is yours a initial batch ?? my friend has one, which was working quite nicely but before the extened warranty was announced he was always worried.
