Somebody call me when they start talking about Zombies. Because IF I ever buy another CoD expansion it'll be for zombies. Modern Warfare 2.5 packaged as "Modern Warfare 3" was the biggest ripoff in gaming history. I still don't know how it got such amazing reviews. I've played every CoD since 3... put at least 24 hours into each one (most of them well over that). I bought MW3, played it a total of about 8 hours, and threw it aside. What a load of uninspired, non-innovative garbage that game was.

also...while halo has been an annual release as of late, it's multiplayer has NEVER been an annual release...halo 3 and ODST shared the same multiplayer and Reach and anniversary share the same multiplayer, unlike COD which has different multiplayer every single year

and halo wars...really? you realize that by adding that to your annual halo release list it makes COD look even more like rehashed garbage (which is funny because halo wars was garbage) because at least halo wars ACTUALLY tried something different and changed up it's formula...when was the last time COD did that? COD4? the last great COD game

We probably not going to see a new engine till next gen consoles.. but who knows they still havent announced it yet and so far these are rumores

These minimal changes are making it ridiculously hard for me to keep supporting this series. I've bought every COD to date and while MW3 was fun to pass the time (Nothing like Black Ops imo)....I never played it as long as Black Ops back in 2010 and just switched back to playing UC3/Skyrim.

I'll indefinitely buy Black Ops 2 since Treyarch brings out the fun factor and longevity better than IW.

I just hope to mah almight GAWD up there, that next-gen consoles arrive next year. COD needs a serious revamp. :|

But i love Call of Duty, thats why i enjoy talking about it espcially talking about its online.. man playing online is like watching a comedy show. people on CoD are hilarious :P

I really liked Black Ops for trying to go in a new direction instead of Treyarch just totally copy/pasting things from IW in a new coat of paint, and the focus on balancingand content really made Black Ops more enjoyable to me then Modern Warfare 2 and 3. Here's hoping BO2 can be great and help add some freshness tp a series that is getting stale.

Who would pay $60 for a pointless, repetitive minigame like zombies (especially if that's your only reason for getting Blops 2)? Seriously, after round 20 there is but one tactic: rape train. Talk about insanely boring, there really is no incentive to even try for high score rounds. Every zombies game seems to end up playing out the same way too.dirtmcgirt2004

Hmm. If it looks good enough I might just trade in MW3 for Black Ops 2 or whatever Treyarch is gonna name their next COD.
