Uh yeah there are, like both Syphon Filter PSP games, Resistance Retribution, and Resident Evil Revelations to name a few. Shooters have been proven to do well on portable, and this game isn't one of them.

They should get some blame. Its their platform You have heard of phrase "retail partners"? This is what Nintendo didnt have during the N64-Wii era.

Your saying Sony doesnt make games is flawed. So if we go by that logic, Sony gets no credit for introducing some of the highest profile games in the last 15+ years such as Gran Turmsio, God Of War and Uncharted. Releasing a halfassed game on a struggling handheld shouldn't be acceptable.
