This game is a phenomenon and totally deserves its sales. From the awesome graphics to the amazing hit detection, no game can rival it.BigBoss255Really? I started to get bored with it after 20 minutes :?
i can understandwhy people don't like the COD/MW franchise. but to call it a rehash is just wrong. wronglet the rehashing continues!

Blops has the worst hit detection of the series. MW2 is even better than Black Ops.

What ? BO has perfect hit detection and the weapons feel 'n play excellent (not like FEAR, which is a ancient, irrelevant, and outdated piece of history by now). You haters are starting to annoy me. The MP is fantasticaly balanced and immensly entertaining; And let's face it already, no one buys first person shooters for single player anymore. MP entertainment is the future (and rightfully so), because it is, essentially pure entertainment, and nothing is more competitive and entertaining than first person shooters (specifically millitary ones, so we get to experience what a real war feels like) which is a natural progression (MP >>>> SP). Also, nothing requires more skill than slowly centering the iron sight on a pixel and pressing a button (ofcourse with the help of auto aim, otherwise the pressure would be incomprehendable), so there goes the theory from haters that 'CoD players have no skill'. Everyone knows that using your finger (YOUR precious finger ! ) to press a button requires a incredible amount of thinking and strategic planning.
The 0.0000000000000001% of these loud haters should face the facts and open their blind hateful eyes already. Seriously, do you minuscule nr. of haters love to hate stuff ?
CoD BO is one of the greatest game released in the past years, and it deserves every sale it gets. Stop hating what's popular. All developers should learn from Activision (my personal role model in life is Bobby Kotick). This is how you create a legendary series that surpasses even Mario (which mearly relies on nostalgia only, it doesn't even have voice acting, lmao)
I didn't even buy it this time yet it still manages to sell more

You need a few rounds of getting your ass kicked in quake to see what true skill is if you think auto-aiming ironsites require skill.

Dont be silly, Quake takes 0 skill, in cod you can call in a chopper and get 20+ kills from doing nothing, That my friend is skill.

Get with the times, old gamer.
Quake is a dead, ancient piece of history that should be viewed and not played. As are all games from before 2005.
Times change, and the time of Quake/UT has long died out eons ago.
The time for CoD bros has begun.
:P You're being so bad it almost makes me want to join the COD bro'therhood.[QUOTE="Lucianu"]

That's okay. You guys still came up with Ricky Gervais, Mitchell and Webb, Matt Lucas and Dave Walliams, turned NZ director Martin Campbell into a powerhouse, put Pippa Middleton on Zoo Weekly...
EDIT: Apparently the one about Pippa hasn't happened yet...

I just have no words anymore, nothing, nada, semmi, intet, nic. So i might aswell have a good time, and kill the boredom, instead of complaining about this. FPSs now (on consoles at least) are one single genre. The 'Michael Bay'/Extraordinary Linear FPS genre.
This, sadly. :(Man Activison makes bank on these games so much. Considering the series hasn't seen a major update in 4 years, their profit margins must be massive. I wonder if BF3 is going to put enough pressure on them to make them change. Somehow I doubt it.

Really? I started to get bored with it after 20 minutes :? Same here, i got it for PC so the problems were almost endless, if it didn't bluescreen after a minute it would freeze and stutter. If it didn't freeze and stutter it would terminate with a memory leak requiring a restart, the game was terrible and i don't care how many patches they release i won't be getting another call of duty. World at War is the best in series as far as i'm concerned.[QUOTE="BigBoss255"]This game is a phenomenon and totally deserves its sales. ]] Is the FPS genre really any different on the pc the last few years??? Sadly the answer you will find is no! There hasnt been a great pc fps exclusive since Crysis other than perhaps ARMA 2 if thats your sort of game![QUOTE="volchcha"]3.7 million in the UK only. Read the link.
