Which game do you prefer and why?

MW3 or Black Ops?

Lol at Lag Compensation. I prefer Black Ops though both beats Battlefield 3.

Both are pretty good, but it depends on what you're looking for.

MW3 is more polished, more fast paced, with a pretty different co-op.

Black Ops puts more focus on story over set pieces, is a bit slower paced, and the online is more cartoony with co-op mainly in the form of zombies and bots.

Take your pick.

Love the polish of MW3, but still prefer the variety and over-the-top MP options in BLOPS.

How is Black Ops slow paced?

I thought Black Ops had a better and longercampaign, but they are both pretty good in mulitplayer. MW3 campaign is good too, just too short and it has no zombies, but it does have spec ops so that makes up for it. I do miss the WW2 COD games though, wish they would make a new one.

black ops although far from perfect was a much better game imo. MW3 has ruined COD for me.

How is Black Ops slow paced?

Not slow paced, but slower. Its not like a normal match in MW where you jump in and get 5 kills instantly or die instantly (unless you play in Nuketown that is). Usually in Black Ops, they put a good amount of distance between you and the enemies so you could go several minutes without a kill depending on the map and game mode.

I think both are great, but I really prefer Modern Warfare 3's Survival mode to Black Ops' Zombies. I think Modern Warfare 3 is slightly better.

Probably mw3, but it's close. I like the weapons a bit more in mw3, but don't really like the maps except hardhat and resistance.WithoutGraceXII

lol we agree on something finally :P Nah but your a cool poster, sorry if you hate me. But I prefer MW3 but mostly because that's what my freinds all play now andI think sniping is easier in MW3. But overall I enjoyed BO more.

I just care if the game is fun and balanced, with some focus on skill or teamwork (or both). Honestly though, if its fun and not frustrating, I'll be glad.

I think Treyarch makes overall better games than IW. Their stories are a little more cohesive and interesting. Zombies > Spec Ops by 1000%, and Treyarch's MP feels better, though it is laggier than the already laggy IW games.

I'd say BO>MW3, but both are < just about any other FPS.

Listen, I know people that are terrible at videogames too. Its alright, if you can't play a game unless the opponents are mentally handicapped pre teens in a setting designed so anyone can succeed (such as yourself), then hey, you like MW3 more then BF3 and that's your opinion.

Though, I rarely meet someone so bad at a game they flip out at it and explode about how unbalanced it is and vehicles and blah blah blah instead of not playing an obviously too hardcore for them game.
