Boring Games?????

What games just bored the hell out of you?

Briad, OMG that game was so damn boring I went to sleep no lie. I know every game cant be EPIC but ppl compared it to Super Mario Bro. HELL NO, but how it got a 9.5 I ill never know

Mass Effect 1 (The combat parts are sweet, but walking around the cities and talking to people was horrible), Metal Gear Solid 4 (I couldn't play it for longer than 20 minutes...), and there are more, but I can't think of any.

Fallout 3 has its moments of breathtaking boredom

Dragon Age's combat can get really boring sometimes

GTA4 completely ruined the instant-fun GTA experience

Animal Crossing (It is fun but if I'm already tired I will actually fell a sleep playing it when I was travelling between towns) I have never fell a sleep playing any other games.

I realize I might get flamed to hell and back for this, but I'm gonna have to say Dragon Age: Origins.

I want to like it, and time after time I've tried, but I just can't get into it. The whole battle system feels incredibly boring and stiff to me.

Ninja Gaiden. I have Sigma. I'm sure the game was amazing for its time, but I find it lacks polish outside of the combat. Everything else is stale.

COD:WAW, boring and lame game.

Braid? Boring!? That game was a work of art, I hope we get a sequel some day. Braid was so fun, we need more innovative games like it. It was a nice platformer/puzzle hybrid, and the music was...Beautiful. There's no other way to describe it.

As for boring games, I must admit that playing Call of Duty makes me feel sleepy. I find myself getting really tired sitting around when I play Modern Warfare. Probably because it's the same mindless stuff over and over again with a linear campaign. It gets boring quickly.

Haha, it was the opposite for me. I thought the combat was complete garbage, but loved the dialogue/characters/story/codex 'n stuff.

I was happy to find that the second game handles both aspects well.

That's an incorrect assumption. I've enjoyed previous Metal Gear titles and I also enjoyed the more strategic AC!D games.

I agree, I find the dialog in ME to be great and well done, gunplay not so much but still ok.

Let's see. My nephews always got a big SNORE whenever they saw me play Flight Simulator X or Pacific Fighters.

This is very hard for me. I love video games so much that it's hard to call any of them boring. Even the really bad ones. But, I'm going to say Shenmue. Ya, Sega fanboys, I said it. You call moving crates fun?

Crysis Warhead - As overrated as it gets.

Resistance 1 - Good PS3 launch title? More like good looking PS2 game.

Battlefield Bad Company 1 - Embarrassment.

Killzone 2, this game is horrible. It just felt so bland there was nothing in this game that made it stand out to me(besides the graphics) or excited me. I sold it as soon i beat it. But the online was desent i would have liked it better if the controls werent so bad.

seriously every single wrpg i ever played was boring, i liked oblivion but for the exploration. yes even the all mighty Mass Effect is just a boring game to me.

Heavy Rain has been pretty boring for me. I like it but sometimes its a snooze fest. I hope it picks up later on.

Mass Effect immediately comes to mind. Never has a game bored me that much. I can't believe people loved it so much. It was so full of glitches and IMO the story was nothing special at all. It was just boring and repetitive. The "epic" ending it was going for in the end didn't seem epic at all either....

Wii Sports and Wii Sports Resort.

I have yet to play a boring game this gen.

Last thing that properly bored me was some demo of Monster vs Aliens.
