Square-Enix Confirms Final Fantasy XIII is not exclusive.

For some reason, I doubt it'll go to the 360.

Probably PSP or DS.

I don't really care about FFXIII.

Now, Versus XIII is a completely different story.

However I am going to take a sit and wait approach to this until, say, IGN reports on this.

They could be tallking about another game in the FFXIII universe and not the specific game. It could be FFXIII online for all we know.

They only said that exclusitivity is being discsesed. And if I know Sony, they will pay SE 50% of thier income to keep it Exclusive.KoreanX

Why? Why is that so inconceivable? Because previous installments have been on Sony consoles? I don't understand why cows blindly ignore the fact that it just does not pay to keep a game PS3 exclusive this gen, especially in the face of Assassin's Creed, Virtua Fighter, Unreal Tournament and the others.

It is considered a system seller, so Sony has got to be fuming at the moment.

This hurts even current sales of the PS3, as some people were only going to buy one for FF XIII

Final Fastasy is geared towards the anime pop culture. Even though anime isn't good art it has a following just like Charles Manson.

Look, as far as I'm concerned, Square's game plan is this:

PS3: Release core FF games on this console.

360: Release MMO FF games on this console.

Wii: Put spin-offs and Crystal Chronicles on this console.

And please don't call me a cow... It makes my heart bleed whenever people say that.

I don't see how they could put the game on the Wii.  It would be like trying to play run the Indinapolis 500 in a Kia.

I thought people might be a bit more okay about it since it's from a PlayStation 3 fansite.  Naturally an official press-release is preferred.

Thats what I think too, but I have no idea. If FF13 goes to the 360 though, Ill still buy it for my PS3 instead of my 360.
