Braid was the sole reason I envied 360 out of all the games that game stood out for me and recently it came to PC through Steam I right away went to get it it's an amazing game filled with amazing puzzles and the animation and music is brilliant and the story I won't spoil it for you but WOW i'm hoping there's a sequel what do you all think about a sequel what should they add ?

I would say no more dlc make it a full fledged game and include ALOT of levels.

I guess that's my only gripe the game was perfect it was too short but for that short time I truly enjoyed myself :)

AND PLEASE DON'T CHANGE THE ANIMATION STYLE PLEASE I LOVE IT.

truly a masterpiece of a game........

Yeah, I beat Braid in like 3 hours...I didn't think it was worth $10-$15 since it was so short, but I guess we were paying for creativity and fun with the package. I did like the game a lot, but a 3 hour game is kind of crazy.

At least they through on some Time Trials for some extra fun.

Yea that was my only gripe with it the lenght of the game if it wasn't for that this game would be trully perfect but as it is it's a masterpiece and epic I hope the sequel they make it much longer and I hope it's multiplatform so alot more can enjoy this amazing game.

I think the guy who developed Braid said he wasn't going to make a sequel unfortunately.

Jonathon Blow. He did say something to that effect, money changed people's minds, but who knows.

He also said he would like to get this on every platform at some point.

He stated in one of his blog posts that he was more interested in making a new IP.

That's right, I was saying that money could change his mind, but I didn't lay a time frame. He will probably most likely do the new IP first, but who knows what's next. It's like Directors, Wirters, and actors when a film is released, They will say they won't do a sequel, but low and behold, they change their minds. You never really know these days. :)

So you beat it in 3 hours with all the puzzle pieces without using a guide?

If so, that's damn imressive.

It's unfortunate that a sequel most likely won't be made, but at least John has included a full Editor with the PC version of Braid. I'm looking forward to see what levels people create with that.

Yeah, But I bet there are speed runs that got me beat, check out my gamerscore, I play hard. I have a lot of game experience, what can I say. Thanks :)

I was under the impression most people beat it around that time, give or take an hour.

The dev said he wont be making a sequel.

BTW the 360 has lost this exclusive too. Braid is now avaivable for PC.

braid is one of those games that should stand alone a sequel just for the sake of it will only tarnish the game

I think the day people started equating a games price with the time it takes to beat it was a sad sad day. At sixty dollars Braid would be worth every penny. No sequel please.
