I know it's a meme at this point to hate everything mobile, but i honestly can't imagine myself unironically playing a Diablo game on my home systems.

It's too uninvolving, too grindy, too dumb.

Mobile just might be the right platform for it, and what footage was shown acually looked better than Diablo 3, at least from my perspective. Both in terms of its graphics and gameplay.

Wow. This is very disappointing. On the bight side I have been playing D-3 on Switch today, and it is delightful.

And compared to D2, I agree that D3 is less appealing. The additional content we got in 2 also felt like a better value than 3. All that considered, I’ve still put many hours into 3. And enjoyed it, even back to the auction house days.

I will never understand why PC gamers are so upset. Diablo has always been a mediocre series of games.

It’s just a simple grindy loot picking up button masher.

The series is stuck in the 90’s and there is no way to make it better in today’s world.

This hits the PC gamer hard because they hate Diablo 3 and can’t explain why.

The realization will come soon enough that the series was never good.

People like character building, specs and random loot. Yea its a simple game, but D2 had enough depth to make it addictive.

Path of Exile has also done really well.

Mobile D3 cut back sounds like cancer though. looks like one of those chinese version knock offs.

The only thing stopping mobile gaming from being good is Publishers treating you like a bank machine.
