[QUOTE="Dreams-Visions"][QUOTE="coolviper2003"][QUOTE="afmsquid"] [QUOTE="nintendo-4life"][QUOTE="DisPimpin"]Those gotta be PSP screens, right? Is this a joke thread, or is the Wii just that bad? I know, I know, it's the devs fault right? :roll:coolviper2003
do you have any other explanation? :|Yes, look at the specs on the Wii hardware.
Are you honestly comparing a PSP to a Wii? PS2 > PSP in graphics, the Wii is more powerful then a Gamecube, and the Gamecube is more powerful then a PS2 so your logic = FAIL. It is the devs fault. Nintendo can make great looking games, yet some third party devs slack off so much that we get garbage that can't even be called a PS2 game.Power-shmower. In the end, the discussion ends up just like the PS3 discussions end:
Nobody cares about theoretical power. You can't play the theory. All you can play is what is made by the developers. Just like with PS3 fanboys clinging to the 2 TFlops and looking silly as their games run @ 720p/30, Wii gamers need to recognize that no matter what the Wii can theoretically or "potentially" do, only the games count.
**** like this is why I've been worried about my Wii purchase since day 1. 1st party better do it right, because 3rd party will by and large put shovelware, simpleware (easy, pointless games) or weakware (bad games) on the Wii the rest of this generation.
True, but I'm not really worried. I honestly only but my Wii for Nintendo games. I really could care less about third party games right now. The Wii isn't a good stand alone console if you're a graphics whore, or don't like simple games. It's really a casual's system with some good games for the hardcore here and there.yea. I just hoped it would deliver a better 3rd party experience. it's shaping up to actually have more games than the GameCube...yet less quality than the GameCube (from 3rd party).
