Brutal Legend is looking pretty good

Any game that has featured a guitar with superficial functionality has been ridiculously corny in the past. If Brutal Legend succeeds in this aspect...I will be amazed.

No, I like Slam Death, Black Metal, Suicidal Black Metal, Grindcore, Goregrind, etc.. But I find this game to look horribly generic.

You could've simply just said "Black Metal",or Death Metal ya know. Goregrind is dumb subgenre,it's pretty much just a bunch of generic grind bands on Razorback records with their' "cookie cutter splatter lyrics" which are just a Rip off of Carcass and Repulsion anyways.

Can't wait, this game looks to be very unique and a breath of fresh air.

Its sad that rehashes like Modern Warfare 2 are getting all the attention while unique and truelly original games like Brutal Legend get a shake of the head.
