Bungie: We cant wait for PlayStation fans to join our game and our world

anyone who takes influence from halo or call of duty in their shooter is a garbage developer.

If the Xbox 360 is of any indication, they are going in the direction where they want their machine to be the centre of the living room with lots of useless apps that can be used easily on PCs and laptops.

Given the information from rumours, the next Xbox will have Kinect built in it. Urgh... And people are paying for it, even if they have no intention of using Kinect.

I've never played spartan ops. I thought the story was alright. Sure they did exactly what I predicted they were going to do with Cortana, but it was way better than the old "Hey, let's team up even though your my worst enemy!" crap. With no flood, new enemies and weapons, it actually felt fresh. Halo 3, Reach, and ODST campaigns were some of the most boring and stale crap I've ever seen.

Personally, it took everything I loved about Halo and sh!t on it. Some of the worst $24 I spent this gen.

If i ever make my own shooter i would never take influence from those games.

They did that with 3 to me, and I bought the Legendary bundle that came with the cat sized helmet.

FPS MP went down the gutter a long time ago, so I don't have any expectations to begin with, thus Halo 4's doesn't strike me as anything remarkably bad or good. Bungie has proven they are no better than any other run of the mill developer so I expect more of the same BS with Destiny.

It hurts to be so dead wrong about Sony doesn't it. MS lost Bungie and it's only downhill for them as time goes on. Only extreme die hard xfans will not buy PS4. Amazing how Sony can learn and how Bluray is so right for HD gaming. Xbox had the social aspect of gaming with xlive and Sony had everything else. Now Sony will have it all and there's nothing MS can do to stop them.

Who was wrong about Sony?

Microsoft didn't lose Bungie, they allowed them to buy their independence. A pretty nice gesture, after all they did create one of the biggest franchises ever for them

Ha, no I learned my lesson by then.

Reach was just totally forgetable to me. I don't hate it like 3 and I sort of liked the campaign as I played it, but I would still easily take CE's and Chief's levels from 2 on legendary over it. As for the MP, those dumb loadouts killed it for me.

This looks like it will be a worthy succssor to the Halo franchise. We can just sweep Halo 4 and 343 under the rug now and pretend that garbage never happened.

Well I can't to join this Bungie world though still don't know if I will get this on PS4 or 720.

Bungie now are making sure they could match the true next-gen hard hitting games that are filled with emotional depth that can only be experienced on a Playstation console!

The stakes are high, the expectations from the Playstation nation are low, their destiny hangs in the hands of millions of historians that possesses an exceptional taste in games.

The following is a famous quote taken from a movie, I'll add my version of it.

"Bungie....good luck!"

Hope Destiny will be more interesting than Halo.
