I regret getting Playstation 4 so soon for the disappointment that is Bloodborne. I should have waited, and gotten a cheaper and newer version of PS4 after Persona 5 is out.

Most recently though, it was Pillars of Eternity. I had buyers remorse the first day I had it, but then the game grew on me big time.

Nice depressing thread. I have had a hundreds of games in the past few years that positively surprised me too, luckily.

Gothic 2

I payed money for collector's editions of Duke Nukem Forever and Mass Effect 3.

The Last of Us, Mass effect 2 and 3, Fable 2, Gears of war 1 and 2, Final Fantasy XIII-2 and Dragon Age 2.

Not many. I got the Perfect Dark Zero collector's edition for 7 Euro and still felt cheated because the game is so horrbile. And Rise of the Robots for the Sega Genesis.

Dragon age inquisition I should have waited for a sale.

Easily Destiny fits this bill.

Watchdogs: Poorly made game, story was boring....played a few hours and lost interest. Can't sale or trade it for enough to make it work the postage or gas.

COD AW: Yeah...thought it was fun at first....and then it was just like every other COD. Got bored rather quickly. I don't plan on buying another for a good while.

Dragon age inquisition: Maybe Ill one day enjoy this game...but it just seemed boring. Run around, see a enemy, mash buttons...repeat. Didn't really take any skill. The witcher 3 is a good example of hour to integrate combat into an RPG. Its combat is clunky compared to the likes of bloodborne...but way better than inquisition.

I bought an xbone for mcc and sold it after a couple of months of gathering dust. Never again i would trust a xbox product.

Hmm, perhaps SC: Conviction, got it cheap and still felt like I should of saved my money.

I bought it day 1 and was super hyped. I had a relatively fast internet connection at the time, but the PS3 version quickly turned into a ghost town. The bots were fucking stupid as hell.

It was just a badly designed game from almost every standpoint. I liked the Dishonored-esque artstyle though.
