It's being developed by R* San Diego which made Midnight Club LA which was equally good on both consoles and as for the game itself .. GTA meets Wild West COUNT ME IN!
Edit: Sorry I should have mentioned the PS3 is a great home entertainment system I have it paired with a 5.1 1000w Receiveron a 42" LG and I am in love. District 9 in 1080p 5.1 makes me excited in many ways. My Terabyte harddrive with DivX movies is plugged into my ps3 as well.
Like any multiplat their is a good chance it will look or play better on the 360. Now what about DLC? You know no matter what, guaranteed 100% that the 360 version will be getting it. Yes the PS3 version might get it but its not a 100% guarantee ( the 360 version will outsell it so its obvious they will get it ).
This isn't GTA Red Dead Redemption will be a great game but it isn't a big game on microsofts plate.Like any multiplat their is a good chance it will look or play better on the 360. Im just saying if their is DLC in teh future no matter what as a 360 owner you know your getting it. Thats the best part about having a 360 for multiplat games ( and its funny how they play n look better b/c the PS3 is obviously the stronger machine )
Recently got the newest release of the magazine called GAMEStm here in the UK they have a preview article on Red Dead Redemption stating it as a multiplat with PC, Xbox360 and PS3 release. Like others have said could be a few months after or the same day no confirm details yet.yeah I'll wait .. it's looks ideal for pc with all those landscapes
