Pelelui, Tarawa, Guadacanal, the Philipines, the raid on Camp O' Donnel etc. So much potential, Burma would be great too.

The characters from the top of my head are, E.b "Sledgehammer" (Marine mortar man) from Pelelui to Okinawa, Georg Frick from Poland, Eben Emeal, Crete, Russia, Italy, Bastogne, then finally Germany, Sepp Allerberger (German sniper) on Russia.

Why does Vietnam always get left out? Seriously it has the potential to blow any other shooter away and be realistic. Or is the fact the US lost just too much for game developers to overcome?Hoobinator

Vietnam would be cool, some sniper missions as Carlos Hathcock, the battle for Hue City, and the Ira Drang Valley.

The simple fact that you could have CHARLIE!!!! ringing in your ears and blind firing like a madman into dense jungle would make the game AAA. Fact.

Also you could have a russian roulette level when you must play russian roulette and escape.

Hahaha... forgot about that. One sole american seems to have won WW2 on his own pretty much, I wonder who that one man was.
