Actually no because Fable is amazing, Fable 2 could easily out do FFXIII...Spartan070
Just don't start this, Im just saying, keep hyping your game for what it offers, just don't compare it with the 13th installment of one of the best franchises in the history of RPGs.
Edit: and gaming in-general.
Resistance 2 will be a hell lot of a better game than KZ2. I don't know why KZ2 gets so much hype although I did like the MP video. Still to call anything a -insert game here- killer is pretty stupid you should just judge the game based on its own merits, that being said I can see Halo 3 being a better experience than KZ2.
BTW- I haven't seen anyone say Halo killer since Haze was announced back in 07 :S
Who called Killzone 2 a Halo killer? That dream died after Killzone's first review. The game is hyped because of the trailer, of course. But not as much as lemmings would have you believe. Lemmings love to resurrect old hype to prove some kind of ridiculous point.tonemd_basic

Even cows are aware that Killzone 2 never will kill Halo 3.

That's not true, nobody is saying this, only lemmings are coming with this claim to own the cows later, talking about believing their own lies.
Killzone isn't a Halo killer.
Never was, never will be.

Cows hype KZ2, but NOT as a HALO Killer. C'mon.
You either bought some Fakeboy thread or really just like the idea.
KZ1 was hyped as a Halo Killer and failed, Cows aren't trying that again.
killzone is a bland shooter
fable 2 on the other hand is more than likely to be better than the last final fantasy
no infact it will be better than the past 3

[QUOTE="lawlessx"][QUOTE="Spartan070"]Actually no because Fable is amazing, Fable 2 could easily out do FFXIII...Spartan070please..no. i still remeber when fable was being hype as "the best RPG ever" by alot of lemmings..i was one of the few lemmings on the board bashing fable at the time of its release because i really didnt understand why the hyped kept getting stronger when more and more news were releasing stating the game was missing alot features that were promised.
[QUOTE="Spartan070"]Actually no because Fable is amazing, Fable 2 could easily out do FFXIII...magus-21Only if Molyneux finally implements all those ideas he's been promising (i.e. not too damned likely). Molyneux is the Kutaragi of game development: over-promising and under-delivering. Guys, Fable was AAA at most sites WITH the absence of all that stuff, this time he isn't himself hyping it and I guarantee he will want to make a bigger impression. Fable was amazing if you just ignored the hype...
meh, fable was a bore imo. the TINY instanced zones were what killed the game for me. imo lor:the third age was better
Very bad analogy, because Final Fantasy were never good games to begin with, contrary to what the majority thinks. It's the same case of overrating as with music, to almost as equal extent as people did to the Beatles. It's superficial style over substance, and I'm sick and tired of it. Final Fantasy is the best case of a game (or series) with no substance whatsoever, boosted by superficial style to such extent that it was made huge by almost everyone, just like the Beatles were in 60's. And just like in the case of "Fab Four", it isn't really hard to top Final Fantasy, so did Fable, so will Fable 2, so did countless other games. Discussing Killzone vs. Halo is pointless to say the least.Salt_The_Fries
I guarantee you if Fable 2 and FFXIII were to be released in the same day, FFXIII would obliterate it in every way possible on earth so don't get your hopes up, it may score well, it may sell well but it will never top FFXIII.

I still won't play FFXIII no matter what, I have no intentions of doing it, and sales do mean nothing to me.
Actually no because Fable is amazing, Fable 2 could easily out do FFXIII...Spartan070I just can't, no matter how hard I try, get into final fantasy games. My excuse was always that I hate turn based combat, but I do like the Metal Gear Acid games. So now my excuse is the ladyboy heroes. I get to choose what I want to be in Fable, and do my own fighting.

That is very sad to hear from gamers, don't be like this, just try it out, with all what I've said, Im very excited for Fable 2.
I hope you are not serious, my bad if I made you hate the game like this, that was not my intention :)
And cows laugh at Nintendo fans hyping Sonic...Hoffgod

^^ Yeah okay. I personally think the Halo series and the Killzone series both stink.

Thats good to hear, gamers should try every opportunity of greatness in games.
Alot of people say FF games are overrated trash, however, when people actually try the games, they become fans of the series, I hope you will be one of them assuming you never played one yet.
