If Sony doesn't **** up the price and its easy to develop for, they will steam role next gen just like they did the 5th and 6th gens because there was a lack of any serious competition.

Sure since the PS3 will probably sell into 2017 or longer. Long after the Wii and Xbox 360 have been discontinued. Eventually the PS3 may move into first place, but who other than baby calves really cares?

We have to wait to see how much of a factor MS's 3rd box will be before we'll know how good PS4 will sell & know what it looks like, prices etc. We all know the Wii U wont be a factor so that should help PS4 sell much more. Then we have to actually see the sales 6 months after launch will give us a good indication of it's popularity.
