Can lemmings admit warhawk is a very good game

Sigma isn't on 360. WHen does a game have to be AA to be a worthy purchase. Resistance, Sigma, Warhawk combined are great reasons to buy a PS3 (no one game is worth a system, that's why you buy more games.

Plus the future holds great AAA titles that were on the PS2. I could get technical and add wifi adapter, cheap blu-ray player, and free online, but thats not fair... Oh wait it is.

Why? For the 360 you have Gears, Bioshock, and Ninja Gaiden: Black for $250 less.

Hmm... lemme see. Maybe if gamers weren't so picky at choosing sides they'd see that all consoles are worth the purchase. Especially in the long run. Appearantly no one cares about great AA games, free online, and a cheap blu-ray player :lol:

Naming 2 great 360 games is irrelevant. I never said the PS3 is a better buy over the 360. Nor do I believe the 360 is the better buy over the PS3. I was playing my PS3 more than my 360 until Bioshock came out. Now I play them both equally.

I still don't believe the PS3 has a killer-app/system seller, so I don't think it's at a point where it's worth the purchase. All the two people that I know who own a PS3, got it to wait out for MGS4. And sadly your idea of great AA games is very subjective

The sad thing about this generation is that the systems are so expensive it's impractical to have anything more than a 360/Wii or PS3/Wii combo. Unless, of course, you spend an overwhelming amount of time playing games to justify the purchase of a PS360 combo.

I'll admit Warhawk is a "very good game" when Cows do two things for me.

1. Stop hyping Haze; it's going to suck. It was going to suck as a multiplat, and it being PS3 only is going to change absolutely nothing.
2. Stop hyping every first person shooter as the PlayStation answer to Halo.

why do i want an answer to halo? i dont even like halo. i ike the cool announcer voice guy in multiplayer, but thats about it. as far as haze goes, im expecting low AAA or high AA

sigma is ninja gaiden black with updated graphics is it not? And cheap blueray player and free online isnt fair cause not everyone wants a blueray player and if they just wanted a blueray player there are cheaper and better ones then the one found in the ps3, free online is great but alot of people want the best online service ie on a console ie xbox live and are willing to pay for it rather then have a sub par online like psn

My reason aren't everyones reasons. We can sit here and debate why this and why that all day. I've stated very good reasons to own a PS3. If it makes you feel better I can list very good reasons why I bought a 360 as well.

1.) XBL - unified friends list for every game is great (even though $50 is a rip off for such a feature and no dedicated servers)

2.) Great AAA exclusive game a year later - Gears of War (PDZ was horrible IMO... yuck!)

3.) The future of AAA 360 exclusives- Halo 3, Mass Effect, Shenmue 3, Fable 2, Alan Wake

well,i havent played it,so i cant admit it it is a good game(unlike alot of fanboys who havent played it and say its teh best game of the year)but it looks verry fun.

Warhawk has ended up a massive hit, thousands of people all enjoying warhawk at the moment, having a blast playing the best online multiplayer for consoles so far this gen, Do 360 fans think warhawk is a good game or are you all to stubborn???

Than why are there so many cows that still can't admit that Halo 2 was a great game, even though it fits all of that criteria? Why are there so many cows that still can't admit that Gears of War was a great game even though it fits all of that criteria?

And explain to me how warhawk is the best online multiplaer for consoles so far this gen when Gears has FAR more games played? If this is your opinion, than fine...but don't expect other people to simply ignore numbers and jump aboard with your opinion.

It's not to hard to find time between work and college. RPG's are really the time killer.

I agree the PS3 doesn't have a killer app yet, but Resistance did sell over 1 million. Rmember, 360 didnt get a killer app until Gear, which came a year later. MGS would have been a killer app for this year (like Gears was for 360), but I guess greatness takes a lil more time.

Also it's cool to have someting to do with your system other than gaming. HD movies are superb and shouldn't be missed if you have an HDTV. Movies are really the king of entertainment for me.

Like I said before these are my reason and I'm sure they are all good reasons.

to suggest UT3 might not be as popular is just foolishness. UT is an award-winning franchise with almost 10 years of history behind it. If Warhawk manages to be more popular than UT3, I'll quit gaming.

I wouldn't call it a very good game, maybe a good game. It doesn't appeal to me though, I've seen it all before. The game will not make a big impact on the public, it lacks star quality and will soon be forgotten when games like COD4, Halo 3, UT come out.BION1CK

It's not a rip-off if I can easily invite people into my gaming session. It's not a rip-off if a game supports clans, and I can easily invite them to my clan by choosing from my friends list.

Warhawk is so so game, the only one reason for all this exciting - everybody thought that the game would be total crap, and it turned not so bad.

I only have one concern for Warhawk, and that being that its hard to get off :P

On a more serious note. The game is really really good. The only thing I think it needs its being able to invite people to your games andhaving in-game buddy lists. Also, not that I complain about the maps, but new ones wont hurt either :D

I'm primarily a 360 fan and I definitely admit its a great game. In fact, when I get my PS3 later this month (hopefully), I'll be picking that up along side it.

To address this and everyone elses crazy "OMG DONT U KNOW ABOUT THESE GAMES" points...

I was only saying that Warhawk looks like the game I'd enjoy on PS3 the most. Followed by Resistance. It's not about review scores, it's about me seeing games and wanting to play them. And if the games I see that I'd most like to play turn out to be only 8.5 games or whatever, then it doesn't bode well especially.

I don't buy every AAA game nor do I buy exclusively AAA games. I buy games that look good to me and turn out to be fun, either from encouragement from great reviews or from demos.
