Can we all agree COD killed Halo?

Yep. I rarely pre-order games, maybe two or three in a year, but this will be one of the ones I will PO this year (along with Skyrim and ME3)

Halo killed itself with the latest game.

When CoD4 came out a good amount of my XBL friends were never again seen playing Halo 3, but there was still a good amount of people who played H3 for a long while, up until the release of Reach. Reach came out, sucked terribly for a month or so, and now everyone on my friend's list plays CoD all day.

Reach killed it by having crappy game mechanics that should have never been incorporated into Halo, and truly terrible mulitplayer maps throughout all the modes.

CoD overtook Halo in popularity.

It did not kill it though.

Can we all agree the amount of players on Halo Reach more then triples any PS3 exclusive shooter yes we can that means Halo killed all PS3 shooters :roll:

you missed what I highlighted, einstein.

It didn't "kill" Halo, it surpassed it in popularity.

CoD overtook Halo in popularity.
