Can we all Agree Sony won E3?

This is far and above Sony's show, the other two were just there to fill up space.

Sony:

- Gained Haze as Exclusive
- Gained Unreal Tournament 3 as exclusive
- Hideo Kojima confirming MGS4 for PS3
- Killzone 2 trailer blowing everything at E3 out of the water and looks like the CGI that was at E3 2005
- Showed comprehensive PS Home service
- New and better PSP

Microsoft:

- Lost It's most important franchise Gears of War
- Assasin's creed freezing on the Xbox360 system
- Talked more about Windows PC then Xbox360
- Special Edition Xbox360 flopped hard
- No new announcement of Rare games
- Halo 3 looks nothing like the Target CGI that was released from past trailers

Nintendo:

- Well they lost their minds, the Wii is an excercise machine now
- Metroid Prime 3 was pretty cool

Haze isn't exclusive nor is Unreal 3... They are exclusive for this year.

Sony did "win" it was more about games and demos and new features rather than patting themselves on the back over there total sales , and barely talking about any worthwile games like the microsft and nintendo conferences

But there are too many 360 fanboys that come to this forum to agree with you though...

In order it goes

1) Sony (new psp, tons of new information, was about games, wasnt boring, showed they delivered with Killzone)

2) Nintendo (some new information and new accesories and such)

4) Microsoft (nothing that we didnt already know...and a halo 3 trailer)

i do agree that sony won (not that it really matters) but you guys need to stop twisting things around to make themplease you

like for instance when the first screen of kz 2 was shown erveryone said it was amazing but it actually looked all from amazing more like horrible but no one wanted to say it because the ps3 fans didnt want to admit that it sucked and the 360 fans didnt want to sound like fanboys or want to be seen as people that flame and troll. but good thing that was not what the game was gonna look like

Gears of war is still owned by Microsoft even if its going to the pc so i dont know how you came up with the notion that they lost a franchise, assasins creed is still in development for the 360 Halo 3 look really good

Haze and Unreal is only a timed exclusive because the dev didnt want to compete with halo bioshock and mass effect which was a smart move and ever since the interview with Konami its almost likely that MGS4 will come to the 360

overall all the conferences were boring and very lame just sonys wasent as lame

They're doing the best so far, but it's not over yet.

The only demo Sony played was Motorstorm online. Everything else was just previews some of which weren't even captured thanks to the great wide shot. On the other hand Microsoft did play a demo of CoD4 and AC.

Sony won by quite a margin, but still

- Hideo Kojima confirming MGS4 for PS3 (When wasn't MGS4 always confirmed for PS3?)
- Killzone 2 trailer blowing everything at E3 out of the water and looks like the CGI that was at E3 2005 (Looked good, but not up to the 2005 trailer, they've got time to work on that though.)
- Showed comprehensive PS Home service (They showed home, it was their goal and they succeeded.)
- New and better PSP (Let's see if it actually helps it's poor sales)

Microsoft:

- Lost It's most important franchise Gears of War (it's been known that Gears was going to PC for quite some time...)
- Assasin's creed freezing on the Xbox360 system (Didn't like the look of Assassin's Creed too much, hopefully they can improve on it.)
- Talked more about Windows PC then Xbox360 (Microsoft doesn't only make Xbox360.)
- Special Edition Xbox360 flopped hard (Agreed.)
- No new announcement of Rare games (Yeah, we got Banjoe Threeie to look forward to though)
- Halo 3 looks nothing like the Target CGI that was released from past trailers (The singleplayer shot is an improvement over the beta, but it still isn't exactly equal to the CGI)

Haze and UT3 are TIMED EXCLUSIVES. Timed means that it's only for a limited period of time, both will be coming to 360 and PC as well and I will haveplenty of other quality titles to keep me happily occupied until they arrive.KZ2 looks nice yes but not as good as the CGI. Personally, from what I saw from the KZ2 trailer, it's nothing the 360 can't do.

What do you mean MS lost Gears of War? If you mean the PC release then I'm afraid it's being released under "games for windows", that means MS retain their exclusive rights on the game since only windows users can play the PC version. Microsoft made Windows in case you don't remember.

ya, something was wrong with the FPS. the CGI trailer ran really smooth

by the way the best looking game that I think blew everyone away was COD4 not KillzoneParadiddleFill
