There was a survival horror game coming to the Wii called Winter which my friend and I were getting ready for, but nope. :(

"On Wednesday, I got a text from Dan O'Leary, president of development studio n-Space, probably best known for the first-person shooter Geist for GameCube and, more recently, Winter. You might remember the latter as an in-development survival-horror game for Wii, as I ran a piece on the title a short while ago complete with first video. Since then, fans have campaigned for Winter, going so far as to create and populate a petition in support of the project. O'Leary said he was in town with creative director Ted Newman and wanted to show me what they had dubbed "Winter 2.0," an improved version of the original demo. Since I last saw the game, n-Space assembled a small team and spent about two weeks updating and adding polish to it. Some notable changes. It now uses Wii MotionPlus for more accurate character attacks and object-based interactions. The 3D engine has seen some optimizations. Most obvious, the textures have all been up-rezzed and the muddy look on up-close exteriors is removed. n-Space has added a host of graphic effects, like more realistic falling snow, and completely overhauled the flashlight so that it beams forward a per-pixel light that looks fantastic as it illuminates darkened hallways. I asked O'Leary why he was in San Francisco with Winter 2.0 and he explained that a few publishers have showed some interest in it, which is a good sign. With any luck, maybe the project will find its way to retail yet. "
Very awesome to hear that this game has a chance.
I'm hoping that EA is just playing some, cruel, sick joke on us :([QUOTE="Juggernaut140"][QUOTE="Salt_The_Fries"] You just gained +500 respect with this post, I was looking forward to it as well...BioShockOwnz
A few guys on the team said that the game was basically a joke; absolute crap, so it'd seem that we'd want it to stay dead and buried.
And where did you hear Redwood Falls wasn't canned?
Pretty much everyone who commented on the gameplay trailers on Youtube. I know that's not a very good source but, whatever... I DIDNT THINK IT LOOKED LIKE CRAP [QUOTE="Cherokee_Jack"][QUOTE="Ibacai"]Full Throttle: Hell on Wheels &$^# you LucasArts *$^# you!bingbaocaoSomething tells me we'd all be saying much the same thing if they HAD made it. please explain
1. Tim Schafer wasn't involved.
2. Sean Clark, the guy whose last project was Monkey 4, was involved.
3. It was an action-adventure game.

Man, I agree. That game looked amazing. I was well and truly looking forward to playing it.Alliance: The Silent War
A trailer
This game was a shooter fan's wet dream come true. Hundreds of miticulously detailed and authentic weapons, from the Mauser K98 rifle to the M4 Carbine, were at your disposal, along with conflicts ranging from WWI to the present day, all involving some massive conspiracy involving Communism (I think). Each and every gun its own unique ballistic traits (which you could see on the weapon selection menu), sound, feel, etc. etc. You could do things like bit a battallion of WWI infantry against a SWAT team. It would have been incredible. And then...the dev team was forced to drop it so they could make one of the most pointless pieces of data collection in history. Second Life.

Its a game called KiRite. It had Yasunori Mitsuda as the music composer and Masato Kato (story, script etc). The whole OST of the game was made, but sadly the game wasn't.
The music was beautiful... I really wanted to know more about this game. No gameplay pics, no videos. I own only the OST.Here are just some songs you should listen to. (The whole OST is beautiful)

Perhaps, but I still like it better than this Bethesda's bland piece of crap.
Lord of the Rings: The White Council. The thought of playing oblivion in a LOTR setting was far too luring.
