@foxhound_fox:
Why do you feel they don't have the talent?
This topic is locked from further discussion.
@Jag85: Indeed, that's exactly what I thought as well. Onimusha has deserved another game for awhile and the recent game Nioh just kind of exemplifies that.
@jumpaction: Yeah that's a bit of a headscratcher. Did talented people in the industry all just up and disappear or something?

Why do you feel they don't have the talent?
Shinji Mikami, Hideki Kamiya and Keiji Inafune don't work for them anymore.
@foxhound_fox:
Isn't it quite a misconception that Keiji Inafune had all that much to do with Megaman to begin with?
Hideki Kamiya is quoted in saying "He's a business man. Not a creator." and his output lately has seemed to be underwhelming to those who have played his games (Mighty No. 9, ReCore).
Kaname Fujioka (Monster Hunter tri and 4) and Shu Takumi (Ghost Trick, Phoenix Wright series, Dino Crisis) are doing great work over at Capcom.
@reduc_ab_
I feel there is still a whole lot of talented people in Capcom too. :)

Keiji Inafune should be replaced by Tokuro Fujiwara. Not only was Fujiwara the producer for most of the Mega Man games, but he was also the creator of Ghosts & Goblins, Commando, Bionic Commando, Sweet Home, and Resident Evil, worked on Strider, and was the mentor of Shinji Mikami.
Why is this bad?
They seem to be the only company to release a VR game that isn't like a tech demo that people keep praising.
Maybe they can capitalize on that space.
Because it's bad for poor people that can't afford VR. Which is pretty much all the shit talkers here.
@remiks00: I'm one of the "real fans", Been one since RE1. And I love RE7 VR.
In other words, speak for yourself.
