Cloud or Link - Who would win in a battle

To all you gamers out there, who would win in a battle, Cloud or Link?

Well I don't see any point in making this forum because Link would obviously kick Cloud's a**!

But I guess that's a matter of opinion and what games you've played so leave me ur thoughts, I'd be happy to justify my decision...

well lets see Cloud(superman in a sense) practically imortal, can call hundred foot dragons to his side, can use powerfull magics, versus Link (batman) just a slightly higher than ordinary guy with some cool gadgets, you be the judgehustler_151

but still ... I believe Link will kick Cloud's *** when it comes to range attacks .. he has the bow after all ..

Hard to say.

If link just has the master sword and shield, then Cloud wins.

If Link has all the weapons, including the Ocarina and the Wind Baton, then Cloud will wine and wine until his death. Hard to do anything when you are being twirled around like a linch-pin in a cyclone (Not even the dragon will help when he's spending most of his time fighting inclement weather). If Link really wants to be bad ass, he just sing a tune on the Ocarina and warp back in time and kill Cloud before he's born......OK, not fair but still.......

Oh man Cloud would so kick links girly ass any day! just look at the size of his sword damn, its the size of links entire body lol! ANd materia, dont forget the materia! whats links super power? fishing? hahaha, dont make me laugh!oomph_aah

You know link has the big goron's sword, that's probably just as big, just not as thick. But the lighter, the easier to control.

And everyone saying omnislash, link can do the charged spin attack and the hurricane slash!

Yea, anyone who plays around with real swords for abit knows each one has it's distinct advantages and disadvantages. A big ass sword like the Claymore are devatsting with an extreme long reach. But you need very strong arms just to left it! A smaller shorter sword like the Katana or a Rapier can tear a guy with a claymore apart because of its speed and the ease of use! Cloud may have a big ass sword, but Link is no small sloutch either with the bigoron sword. Besides, if Link use it effectively, the Master Sword can tear Cloud apart because of it's speed and manuverbility! Cloud can call upon a dragon, but if Link has the Wind Baton!

OMFG! Link is something like 17 or 18. He's only 12 if you suck so bad you can't get up to the bit where u get the master sword.

Kiddy imagination aside where you are picturing link as something out of the matrix when in reality hes a normal guy that gets knocked over from the stupidest of things...

Compared to someone who can slash down buildings, move exceptional fast, has a sword bigger than links body ...

clearly not portrayable in the same way....

If you combine Oot with Majoras mask, then you have an immortal link (infinite mana+immortality spell)

fanboy battle = kinda even, though still leaning a bit toward Link

actual battle = Cloud hands down...Link has nothing on Cloud in an actual fight. Materia (includes Summons), Buster Sword, and don't forget limits (Omnislash)!!! A pretty easy win.
