It's still very early. Give CNET another year and they'll be scoring the PS3 a 10.0.Â
Reports have been blazing since it's launch about how superior the PS3 is in terms of hardware. If it isn't written in stone that it is vastly superior it will never gain a 10. There are also plenty of other boundaries.
The PS3 got the highest score, yet all the reviewer did was point out a ton of flaws. - No Hi-def cable - Graphics were "on par" with the 360 - Sixaxis not as good as the Wiimote. - Laptop hard drive is expensive to upgrade. - Web browser is clunky By the way, the 360 should get over a 9. It was released 12-18 months before Sony and Nintendo, yet it still has the best online experience and graphics as well as the biggest library of games.
