No one understands how incredible CoD4 is going to be..
Without ruining all that the game has to offer let me just say that the experience of watching, not even playing, Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare is as good as any major Hollywood film. It's really that impressive. Everything from the graphics to the audio is enough to make you feel as though you are there taking part in a live battle. The environment is filled with action, from other soldiers fighting it out to the helicopters in the sky lending assistance. Smoke trails scatter the landscape, creating their own unique mixture of visual and atmospheric effects. The surround sound helps bring everything to life, giving you the impression that bullets really are passing near your head. The character animations are probably among the best we can recall. Everything including their movement and facial expressions is so well done at times we actually forgot we were watching a video game being played and not watching a movie. -Team Xbox
Both will have amazing 10 hour single player campaigns but CoD4 will have an incredible multiplayer experience that can last 100s of hours.
Of Course the fanboys will ignore what i just said..

:roll: ten hrs, COD has had some short singleplayers, but ten hrs seriously, it taken some of the best videogame reviewers more than three times that to play through the singleplayer
lol, considering i have beaten both cod 2 and cod 3 in under 10 hours under the normal and hard settings?
one is a linear, repeditive rehash of a franchise set in a completly boring setting that brings nothing new to the genre while another is a nonlinear amazing psychological horror experience bought to you by the makers of system shock 2 that is recieving AAAA everywhere.
j/k i dont actually think like that cod4 will be awesome but bioshock just has alot more going for it

Like every other call of duty then but modern looks like battlefield 2 now with a bit of polish.
why are you comparing these two games? they are not similar at all. a halo 3 and cod4 comparison would be better. but we all know that wont get anywhere either.
ill admit CoD4 LOOKS amazing but it seems to me to be very similar to the other realistic war shooters like R6:V but i doubt its gonna be original enough to overshadow bioshock. this is a ridiculous comparison anyway. bioshock is more of an action adventure game from an FPS viewpoint. either way, bioshock is much more intriguing and original. im sure cod4 will be a good game though. IW makes good games.
I must say...the marketing for Bioshock has been...well...nonexistant. why they're not investing strongly into the advertising of a game that they claim to believe in is beyond me.Dreams-Visions

Exactly. And its Multiplayer graphics suck , 60 FPS is overkill, especially for consoles ... false apraisal all-round.
