Call of Duty 4. I like the modern theme over Halo's sci-fi theme, and the mutiplayer rocks.

I haven't played COD4, but even still I think it will be better, Halo 3 was a dissapointment in my opinion

Well lets see all PS3 fanboys will vote COD4, MOST lems will vote for Halo but some will probably choose COD4, so COD4 has 2 systems voting for it as Halo has one.

That a good question I am about to buy a 360 and I don't know which one of the two to pick up. It was going to be Halo but now I am think COD4.

halo 3 has a larger user base probably as of right now though...so kind of a irrelevant comparison.
