You have to be freaking blind to think the PS4 version looks similar to the Xbox 360 one.

What there is no patch for 1080p on xbox one, they haven't even thought about, where is your proof because the main guy doing cod has said there to busy and doesn't even think it's possible to patch resolution.

I would rather have a slightly lower resolution like 900P than frame rate and tearing problems, I hate that .

In the realm of COD games, the IW game series is usually considered to be better than treyarch. And on current gen consoles they were usually pretty good at maintaining close to 60 fps in multiplayer. So it is surprising if they failed to do so on next-gen

No, The up scale done on the X1 is going to achieve this (Hana 2) this is how MS already confirmed 4K gaming on the X1.
