Those were the golden ages of gaming, they don't deserve to be compared with the age of fanboys in my opinion.Mongo-Boss
They might be 16-bit, but that era was the best.
Comparing current consoles (gen 7) to previous ones (gen 4) is pretty difficult and no offense..... dumb.
TG16? why even bother comparing that to current consoles. It never stood on its own, and never garnered a market, compared to the Xbox 360. TG16 and it's successors (Turbo Duo) were mostly targeted by casuals who were caught in the TG16 marketing hype in 1989 (if you recall the commercials) and by avid hardcore gamers/collectors (post 1990s).

Yeah I still remember how much fun I had with games back then when graphics were the least of my worries. Not to mention the fact that most games consisted of three lives, no saving or check points made them much more challenging even if they were one hour games.[QUOTE="Mongo-Boss"]Those were the golden ages of gaming, they don't deserve to be compared with the age of fanboys in my opinion.GARRYTHi agree i had all three of them and each had there own gems great ones at that. these three make current gen look like 3do's. i also agree with the fanboy remark plus i bet most of those fanboys were not even born yet. non of those systems should be compared to this gen. Yeah they are pretty unlucky then sice they will never enjoy true gaming.
IMO, this is the ONLY reason why I play The Wii. I was so happy when i first heard that Nintendo was going to have those game for downloads.
