Compared to the 360 the PS3 has a weak line up this year

I am probably going to get flamed for this but it's true. Last year the PS3 was great with Infamous, Killzone 2, Uncharted 2, Demons Soul (alot of variety)etc. However in 2010 the PS3 doesn't really have many big titles.

MAG is ok but who's seriously going to get it with BC 2 coming out just in a few weeks.

WKC...do I even need to say anything?

Heavy Rain is good but a really short game (8-10 hours) with no replay value (check GS review)

GOW 3 will be great (I already have it pre-ordered).

Than we have GT5 which I know a lot of ppl like but I am not into racing sims at all.

Last Guardian does not even have a release date yet and I highly doubt it's coming this year.

360's library has many more big titles and a nice variety. Yes some are not exclusive but I don't have a gaming PC so they are to me.

PS3 has no WRPGs like ME2 and Fable 3. Has no big shooters like Halo Reach. No coop games like Crackdown 2 and again Halo Reach. Than the 360 has Alan Wake which like Heavy Rain will be very story focused but you will actually be able to "play" it. Also a great stealth action game from a proven franchise: Splintercell Conviction. The only thing PS3 succeeds in this year is Hack and Slash (GOW3) and racing with GT5 (which I don't really care about).

Its only February, lots of events and games still to be announced. But for me the only PS3 exclusive that matters hasn't a chance in hell of coming out this year, The Last Guardian.

Remember there is still E3, not to mention as far as I can see so far, Sony is the only one so far putting out 1st party retail games for their console so far this year (Mid Feb). That's got to count for something, releasing games for us to play, right? :P

Personally, There's only about "10 OMG! must play games" for me this year. I will play more of course, but that's what it seems so far. I find this to be an average gaming year so far.

There is a lot of talk about stuff coming, but We have lost two months of our year, and I'm not impressed.

HOWEVER, E3 will help out all three console companies and give us a much better picture of what's going on. Games like The Last Guardian needs a date...fiinalization on Xmas games...GeoW 3 possibly announced...Resistance 3 possibly...NATAL...ARC...etc.

If you want me to just say what's better right now? I will say 360. I also must stress it's too early to tell though, too many secrets for all.

GT5 and GOW3 are going to be HUGE...also, REACH will be HUGE.:P

Artsy games like Alan Wake, The Last Guardian, Heavy Rain may have a giant impact like GOW3, REACH, GT5...but will be huge for some gamers.

Splintercell: Stealth Action

ME2: RPG

They all have shooting but it's not the main portion of the game.

And I was comparing libraries of both systems not exclusives

Not many games announced in E3 come out the same year. You should know that by now.

Most reviews state the game to be around 10 hours long so I don't know where you are getting 32-40 from. And I was comparing game libraries not exclusives which includes ME2, Conviction and Metro 2033.

It doesn't have to be innovative to be good (like Uncharted 2). Anyways this is why Reach will be amazing:

- The single player is going back to the CE roots

- Will have improved Forge and Theater modes

- Huge enviorments

- Large scale battles

- More awesome vehicles

- The same refined controls with four player splitscreen online and offline

- Firefight mode

- A brand new engine

- A more darker and grittier story

I never said taht I don't play shooters. It's just that with sooo many shooting games out, they are all starting to feel the same.
