[QUOTE="lancea34"]If I were you, I wouldn't worry too much. Capcom knows what their doing.black_awpN1
I still wonder why they always show the 360 build.
Maybe its their way of under hyping and over delivering when we finally see it on PS3.
Last thing we want is for them to show off the PS3 version, and then when its out and we see the aweful 360. We won't have to worrie about saying DOWNGRADE.

Exactly, if they show the PS3 version and people then see the 360 version they will be thinking it has been downgraded.. I dont blame devs because it will probably lose them a lot of sales
Going by the trailer: (122mb is size of 5 min trailer)
122 MB - 5 Mins
1220 MB - 50 Mins
1464 MB - 60 Mins
14640 MB - 600 Mins (10 Hours)
= 14.6 GB
Basically for every hour the game is you add 1464 mb so i dont see how it will be better on 360 when ps3 can have 50gbPS_John
 Beyond awesome. And yes Sig worthy.

It just doesn't work like that...textures are recycled in games as are many other assets...your calculations make absolutely no sense whatsoever. You can't compare video file sizes (which can become much larger than the actual content of the amount of data being used eventually).
In almost all cases, multiplat games are developed on 360 first because it has better developing tools.rmlr435No in capcoms case, if i recall correctly, DMC was built on a computer? orsomething like that?
DMC4 was best on PS3 wasn't it?Heydanbud92
No. I played both versions. PS3 sits through a 25 minute preinstall session where 360 gamers play it right away. Graphics and load times were identical.

Just like RE4?
lol, that was the worst version... gamecube the best version (well, Wii now...)Going by the trailer: (122mb is size of 5 min trailer)

Please tell me this is a joke/satire. or you really don't have a clue.

No. 360 versioned had x2 AA, while the ps3 version lacked AA and blurred the whole image.
both versions ran at 30 fps also. but the cutscenes on the ps3 version were at 60 fps and 30 for the 360

Gameplay is 60 fps for both versions.

wrong just like burnout there are other tech ways to get x2 AA. the ps 3 version look the same as the 360 version.[QUOTE="aceReborn"][QUOTE="Heydanbud92"]DMC4 was best on PS3 wasn't it?GARRYTH

Ps3 version blends frames, present frame with offsetted previous frame. This method blurrs the whole image and also creates a kind ghosting that can be detected by some.
x2 MSAA, which the 360 version uses, is much better.
If you watch a developer diary for RE5 you see them playing the PS3 version. It looked fine from the small bit I saw in it. Or they might have been playing it on PC with a PS3 controller. rolo107
the first one they released showed him using the 360 controller

video and actual game data aren't the same in terms of size. I can make a video of Super Mario Bros and take up over 122 mbs for 5 min yet the game less than a meg in size.

I think he might be a fakeboy...
/understatement
Has to be a fakeboy no way he said that with a straight face.
He says something like that always. :| I remember him saying something about having 200000 cars in GTA IV if it was PS3 exclusive becauses of blu-ray. :|Going by the trailer: (122mb is size of 5 min trailer)

Well considering the $4000-5000 cost of a pc, I should hope so
The fact I can play it for less than $500 must really annoy you
if you avoid buying the diamond-studded keyboard, im sure you can get that under $2000.
