Overall, the Wii has the brightest future, no matter how much the haters disagree. It has the casual userbase as well as a hardcore one, add that with its sales and I'd be pretty confident in saying that developers will be taking advantage of it just like with the PS2, and look how great that did. Third party titles such as Fatal Frame 4 and Monster Hunter 3 are giving an insight on the situation in a way, as previous games in their series were not on Nintendo consoles.

Who knows what will happen in the future as far as sales are concerned..... Yes, Nintendo is moving lots of units.... but their software sales/lineup are weak in comparison to MS & Sony..... If Nintendo doesn't get a lot of solid, great titles on the shelves then Wii sales could slow down alot....

..... I see lots of threads about the 2008 lineup for every console.... the 360's & PS3's are strong..... the Wii's is laughable....

..... Mario Kart, SSBB & No More Heroes.... and NMH will probably be a very good game that sells quite poorly. Spore probably won't be seen on the Wii in 08... and if it does, again it will sell poorly.... cuz hey I have a PC and a Wii.... guess what system I'm buying SPore on?

PS. I don't dislike Nintendo.... in fact I like them the most between the 3 console makers... but the Wii is not my favorite gaming machine. And to think that Nintendo will dominate Nex-Gen because of this gen is just silly..... if this was true... then plz explain the following....

Yes, good point my friend. Nintendo proved that they don't have as much in terms of titles with Gamecube as well. To me, the Wii is just a revamped Gamecube with fancy controller.s

What are you talking about? you made no sense in your post! Nintendo is not on 360 and ps3's level at all! PS3 and 360 are home media devices that can do do many things besides gaming wii on the other hand just plays games. they only have one selling point while 360 and -s3 have 100's of selling points.

That may be true depending on what kind of gamer you are, the main point is though that it's not needed. The Wii is a successful console without uber hardware, and has already shown that its hardware is enough to produce great games.

Nice graphics for me is a bonus, I don't go out buying or hyping games because they looks great. Lair, anyone?
