Arent you guys bored of this at this point? When like 60 percent of new threads are the same Xbox bashing trash, doesnt it get old? I've actually quit coming here as often because this shit just gets tiring to scroll through. Is this really all we have to talk about now?

The only thing getting old is the disrespect towards Nintendo. The big N continues to drop some of the best exclusives year after year, and yet all we end up talking about in SW is movie games and walking simulators. The Switch dropped the best current gen library in a calendar year, and SW is acting like it never happened.

Because for most gamers it never happened.

Nah, Nintendo doesn't deserve any more respect than what they get. They have the worst hardware and most of their games are recycled and when they do make some changes, people overrate the games. Super Mario Odyssey was nothing special and Breath of the Wild was good, but became more generic open world. It lacked the magic from the previous formula. Those are the only two standout games on the Switch. So, I don't see why Nintendo should be getting any more love around here. Personally, I don't give a fvck about Nintendo, Sony, or Microsoft. I just want to play the best games. In terms of exclusives, Sony is the best right now, but all the consoles are shit. PC is the best way to play.

There are of course legitimate complaints about the Xbox, such as the current state of their first-party efforts. But you'll find the real 'sore' points with cows are things like BC. Would be great for Sony to offer the same as its great for the consumer, but I think they'd rather bash it than admit to that.

Well, it's a reason why I'm on PC in the first place. PC gamers don't really cared about the console war shit, we just sit back and watch the show just for fun :)

But anyways, I do agree Xbox/MS threads gets old quick, but some can be fun however. Not everyone likes to talk about just games mostly, if you are getting tired of the same old shit, stop clicking the same thread or just make a new thread is always a good start that isn't Xbox One all the time. You see how easy is to spin things ? who is really bashing BC ? Lems are acting like BC is now the best thing ever happened not the other way around. BC is great but new games better. Thats all there is to it.

If you ask anyone out there if they would prefer older games thru BC or new games ... the answer to that is as simple as it gets. Thats the issue with X1.

With all the BC complaints, I'm impress Nintendo Switch is getting away with this for not having BC for playing Wii U games at all.

You just overrated the switch claiming it had the best year ever or whatever. I look at the switch and see even LESS games than the Xbone which has NO games.

Quite frankly, Nintendo is one of the WORST developers out there. They are cheap, lazy and put no effort into their games. They cut and paste more than anyone else.

Their game quality also sucks but you will claim “fun” pretending everything on from Sony/Microsoft isn’t “fun” or doesn’t have “charm” or isn’t “magical”.

Zelda Botw is a garbage game that is completely broken because of weapon breaking every 3 hits. This makes exploring or doing any dungeons pointless because what is the point of getting a Rare weapon if it breaks?

This leads the gamer to “might as well just go straight to ganon because the rest of the game is pointless”.

Zelda botw is one of the worst games I have ever played. There is NO sense of progression. It’s a very boring empty open world game.

What else did switch get? Mario Kart port, street fighter 2 port, Skyrim port, Doom port....

Just a terrible line up of games.

It has gotten stale, there is no record keeping anymore.

Any weaknesses you do point out to Cows the goal posts are moved, and you get people like Quack and Re-cloud that won't admit a wrong even if they are at gunpoint.

Bashing the last place console over and over again while the PC / Switch / PS4 battle seems to be dead, because if you say "PC or Switch > PS4" you get the same above group of sad acts instantly labeling you as some long-since-left lemming.

Sounds like this console war has really taken a mental toll on Team Xbox this gen. I think it comes from MS trying too hard and failing to change the narrative while still not gaining any ground over Playstation. I'm sure it's quite frustrating. Who can forget the chalkboards? As much as I agree with the OP, this is what console ownership is all about. It's about getting people to identify with a brand name by getting exclusives to make them think their brand is "winning." If they then go onto video game forums and call the other side "lems" or "cows" then all the better. It just means they're so dedicated to a company that just sees them as a source of revenue that they'll spend their free time insulting other people who are loyal to a different company that sees them the same way. You think the bigs at Microsoft dislike the "lems" label? They love it, it feeds their entire business model.

Well I'm sorry, but there is nothing positive to say about Xbone or MS.

Also, its not our fault MS cannot produce a decent console or game.

Also, it is a GOOD thing that people complain about current state of Xbox. Enough trashing, and MS must finally figure out that they are doing something wrong.
