Just off the top of my head these games are miles ahead in terms of graphics. Even MMO's today surpass consoles corridor shooter graphics. Aion, Final Fantasy XIV, and even old MMO's like lord of the rings online are better looking in most parts.

Consoles play at 1280x720 with no AA use streaming texture techniques and still play at 30 fps! That's a complete joke. There is no genre on console exclusive or multiplatform that doesn't look remotely close to the PC version, if the devs choose to do so. eg just cause 2 PC 16X AF, 8X AA, DirectX 11 at 1080p resolution or higher, destroys UC2 at 1280x720 with 0AA, 0AF and directX 9. Why is uncharted 2 consoles best looking game? Because its a corridor shooter...

SW isn't claiming Consoles to be Graphics King, they are talking about Console Graphic Kings, because it's boring to talk about Crysis or the subject that the "PC is the Bestest at Graphics forever" all the time.

Last generation was the same problem, we understand the PC dominance, but people will still compare closed hardware as they are closed off from upgrades. Most of us in SW, if not all of us, have known for Years the advantages of PC's NONSTATIC hardware.

However, closed, static console hardware is more interesting to compare, since they are similar in power, and since it's obvious PC is numero uno. It goes without saying.

So, yeah, your thread declaration really doesn't do anything for me or for the SW populace, as you are yelling what most everyone already has understood for years.In fact, I've seen this exact thread by some other TC like clockwork in SW every 2 weeks in SW. Just declaring what we already know.

Well, on a technical point, of corse a system with new hardware is strong than a system with several years old hardware wins. But when it comes to artstyle I actually discover more unique games on consoles :/

PS3 uses OpenGL. Minor quibble...Brownesque

And 360 doesn't use DX9

It has its own DirectX

What you need to take into consideration though is that not all PC gamers are conceited jerks like the OP. What I'd worry about is whether the OP has a decent PC himself rather than generalize every PC gamer into one category.
