 Yeah, KZ2 just blows away any console game in existance and will foreverHail teh cell and teh PS3 :o
Yes, I'd believe so. There isn't this great magical divide between the PS3 and 360 as some claim.Burnsmiesta
Exactly, there isn't a huge difference between the two as fanboys around here make it out to be, each having their own disadvantages and advantages over each other.
The big difference is Sony's first and second party developers, which are far more talented overall then MS's. This with the fact that most 360 games use the UE3 engine as middleware.
But thats too much common sense for fanboys to understand.
no,but did you know this?

What the hell? 2005? That's damn old man.
Anyway, this is probably the only title I think can't run on the 360 as smoothly. Really, what do I know, I'm no dev, just speculation.

and that matters why again?
Well, compare the MGS4 version running back then with the one now. There are more effects on this one, different **** etc. Not saying that the 360 can't run a demo of MGS4, but not MGS4 itself on one disc. Maybe multiple discs, but who cares, it's never happening. When will people understand?

my point was that the 360 isnt as weak as some fanboys make it out to be. i dont really care much about MGS4 or the series as a whole..could never get into the first game.

Interesting but get this; *Demo*
Still pretty impressive though. The whole game would probably have to make quite a few sacrifices here and there but Im sure with that being said, it could run that as well.

you would think the game improved over the yrs.
To me it seems the game looks the same as the first trailers that were supposedly using the in game engine and were in real time. Kojima wants so much to make a game on the 360 , dont be surprised if his next one will be on Microsofts system.

actually, on consoles, gears 2 is the only game coming out as far as i can see, that gives KZ visuals a good fight. Anything else on consoles now don't compare and from what i seen, KZ2 blows away like 60-80% of the games out now (visually of course)[QUOTE="PSP107"][QUOTE="lawlessx"]no,but did you know this?

Because in 05, we didn't now that MGS4 was going to be the very 1st ps3 game that required a 50 gig blu-ray diskIt's programmed specifically for the ps3 hardware so probably not. Could the 360 output a game that looks just as good if it is coded for specifically? probably. Could Gears 2 run on the ps3 and look just as good? I doubt it.piercetruth34
You havn't even played it on a 360 yet, god knows how you can claim you doubt it would run on a PS3.
Oh wait, you saw some doctored screenshots and think the game will actually run with that much anti-aliasing and that resolution, yea keep hoping.
[QUOTE="kool-aids"]Nope, it doesnt have Blue-Ray. :wink:Mongo-BossNeither does the PS3 :|
Exactly, so the ps3 cant run it either, thats why its not out yet. :|
Considering how much optimization its went through on the PS3, I doubt it. I think that KZ2 will be the first game on the PS3 to really show what the PS3 is capable of.
LOL I think 360 fans would be happy if MS got away from the Unreal engine. I mean don't get me wrong it can produce some great textures lol. Oh never mind the 360 is the home of the Unreal engine, if it doesn't run on that where oh where will they get a engine to run a great game on lol. No one can really produce a great game on it except a few great devs, there has prolly been double the amount of bad games on that engine than good ones if not triple the amount of bad games.
But yea having the quality of devs, and graphic engines from 1st party and 2nd party games that the ps3 has is pretty reassuring of its future and future games for sure.

Finally someone with actual intelligence in System Wars. I've always said that Sony has had the more talented first and second party studios thats why their games even with systems with arguably more or less power then their competition always look fantastic.
Microsoft has very talented developers too but their not close to the level of Sony or let alone Nintendo.
