Could the 360 get 6 more AAA games by the end of the year? (with poll)

mass effect, halo 3, & gta 4 will get aaa too (but it will be overrated).

i dont see any of those others getting aaa status.

Do you not see the issue with declaring a review overated before a the game comes out and any review is written. The fact that you are not even willing to entertain the fact that the title might be worthy of AAA status shows which opinion is compramised? You or any potential reviewer?

Half Life 2:Orange Box (hopefully improve on the origional xbox loading times and framerate which was poo)
DiRT looks pretty good too, maybe a high AA, awesome demo nice graphics and just as fun as forza 2 imo.

Halo 3, GTA, Unreal 3, Bioshock, Guitar Hero 3, Assassins Creed, Mass Effect, all very likely to reach the AAA mark.

A good year for 360.

Yeah... I've noticed that... For some reason Xbox 360 games aren't allowed to actually be good, they all have to be overrated. So sayeth the Sony fans. 

with more leagues , teams and a whole lot more i wouldnt write off Pro evo 7 or Fifa 08bindip

Although Pro Evo rocks, neither of those games have changed since the 2003 editions of both games.

The Xbox put Microsoft massively into the red and we still saw 360. Microsofts Gaming Division is set to actually MAKE PROFIT this year thanks to Halo 3. Microsoft PROMISED we'd see another Xbox console even if the 360 flopped, which it didn't. If there's ANY console we aren't going to see another one of, based on current standings, it'd be the PS3 without a doubt, which is putting Sony's gaming division massively into debt that they dont seem to be able to get out of. Having said that, I dont think we'll see the end of any of the big 3 this gen.

Anyways, I think it will get about 4-7, depending on how the Gamespot reviewer feels that day. I'm beginning to see less and less rhyme and reason in their reviews. Mass Effect, Bioshock, Assassin's Creed, and Grand Theft Auto 4 should be guaranteed AAA, but we'll see. The others might be Halo 3, Too Human, and Two Worlds. Who knows...

From that list I count four definites, plus a few others that stand a chance. There are a few other contenders you missed out, and there are always the obligatory surprise hits.

Ah but Pro Evo has been rebuilt from the ground up this time. No more slight improvements. 

The reason we are seeing 360 is because they were planning the thing from so long ago and that extra year meant it could just be the edge which it has been. But yeah, Halo 3 will make them turn profits, but what then? GeOW certainly didnt, and one quarter is hardly enough to justify a third console after two failures.
