considering no one i know has played crysis....
and troll? this is my thread....
How exactly does making a thread mean you can't be a troll?
And if you're not a troll, you're a deluded cow.
[QUOTE="rawr89"]
no and never.
lems will always say, "bu..bu..but teh 360 devs don't do graphics! they care more for gameplay!" or "bu..bu..but 360 has a better GPU!" or "bu..bu..but Sony showers first-party devs with lots and lots of money!"
we will end this gen with no 360 game looking better than a PS3 game and lems will say this until the end. pathetic. :roll:
there's evidence and those are the games. deal with it. ever since 2008 there are no 360 games that look better than PS3 ones. tell me one 360 game that looks better than Killzone 2, Uncharted 2, and God Of War 3.
mejiseike
dude... i dont think theres any games that look as good as uncharted or god of war 3... thats not fair lol
Crysis
Crysis: Warhead
Metro 2033
ARMA 2
STALKER
Crysis 2
on the PC all say hello and look better too then those games.

what does weight have to do with this.... good job buddy!
and people keep talking about crysis on this site, ive never once heard anyone talk about crysis and i go to college with over 30k kids... we play supersmash and maden on campus... plenty of nerdy kids there haha i even brought the game up and no ones played it
i mean ya the game looked really good, but i just got it and couldnt run it on the highest with my computer and its not bad at all... better than most
How could a PC not run it 4 years ago? DudeNtheRoomduh... its a ps3 exclusive!! no system on the planet can run them or handle them because of blu ray... every cow knows this :P
Hell no. The 360 would insta-RROD if it tried to run a game as graphically awesome as The God III. Wahahaha, enjoy your Alan Wake kids, that's as good as it gets.

Yeah somehow I think you got your PC in an electronics store and expect it to play Crysis. I bet you're mad because you can't run Crysis on its highest settings even though your PC is probably rubbish.[QUOTE="mejiseike"]

oh wow i never mentioned 'PC' in my post and yet you PC guys aka the "me too" guys are always here.
PS3: omg UC2 looks better than anything on the 360!
360: hellz yeah teh devs are just too lazzzzzy. Sony is giving Naughty Dog some moolah!
PC: hey hey hey we exist too! remember our games that's jsut overflowing with graphics?? us too, us too! mention PC too!
[QUOTE="tagyhag"]
[QUOTE="rawr89"]
except that the PS3 has been around for 5 years now. and with the same specs ever since 2006.
if GoW3 was shown on PS3 on 2006 no one would believe that PS3 can do that kind of graphical fidelity. but it's true. a PS3 bought in 2006 can produce GoW3, UC2, etc.
in short, the PS3 can do this kind of graphics ever since.
theuncharted34
It doesn't matter how long the PS3 has been around for. When the PS3 came out, a high-end PC could already destroy it in terms of hardware, so it would still run GOW3 better and look better.
you mean the 8800 right? yep that's pretty much the baseline for when pc graphics start looking better than all console games. that and a core 2 duo. even then, if that particualr set that I just mentioned had a game as optimised as well as a game like uncharted 2, it would probably look twice as good as that.
if a sandy bridge cpu and a 580 were optimised to hell and back that would be just amazing :P
Radeon X1900 is already two times the non-raster workload Fold @Home performance over CELL i.e. Current games are raster based and GPUs are optimized for this type workloads.Geforce 7 series can't even sustain DX9c's 32bit floating point performance.
It would be interesting to see Radeon X1900 running Crysis 2 PC DX9c mode vs Crysis 2 Xbox 360 vs Crysis 2 PS3.

I don't know much about computers but if I don't think that card is really the best but don't quote me on that.Wait is it a notebook? That's your problem right there, laptops aren't made for high end gaming.

LOL, did you think you owned me by posting your specs? You only proved my point that your PC is rubbish. They slap Sony on and a high price tag and you automatically assume you can run Crysis?[QUOTE="mejiseike"][QUOTE="ocstew"] Yeah somehow I think you got your PC in an electronics store and expect it to play Crysis. I paid about $2000 AUD for my Dell Studio XPS 1645 that includes Intel Core i7 740 Quad Core (8 threads), AMD Radeon HD 5730M, 6GB 1333Mhz DRR3 memory, blu-ray/dvd-rw, 500GB 7200 RPM HD and RGB-LED 16" inch 1920x1080p Samsung designed LCD.
ASUS N61JQ laptop with similar spec as my Dell Studio XPS 1645 laptop playing Crysis at smooth frame rateshttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A1w45_VuGZk
ASUS N61JQ laptop is generally cheaper than my Dell Studio XPS 1645 laptop.
I later added an external(DIY ViDock) desktop AMD Radeon HD 5770 card to my laptop. http://forum.notebookreview.com/gaming-software-graphics-cards/418851-diy-vidock-experiences-274.html#post7112152
Most Intel Core i5s are dual core (4 threads) types.
