Yet there is only A handfull of games that look ground breaking if they are played on high. Other than that multiplat games look the same, PC version being just a little sharper. So it's not leaps and bounds as you may think or make out. And I am very interested on what will come out Next Gen, will just have to wait and see I guess;jasonheyman
Like I said, there is always a game that becomes the flagship for how console games will have to start looking the next generation. The fact of the matter is that this game came out faster than it ever has before in any previous generation, and is following an extended trend of the same occurence every other generation. The fact of the matter is very simple; PC technology is evolving at rates that consoles will not even be able to compete with next generation. The technologies shaping PCs now will not even work in small console boxes. Heating, power, and space issues prevent that.
